We also understand that not everyone on the internet can be trusted. For this reason, we offer several secure payment methods that include buyer protection, ensuring you can get your money back in the unlikely event of fraud.

Additionally, before shipping, we can provide a photo or video of the package and shipping label, so you can see that your order is being dispatched properly.

For even more transparency, we also host a review channel on our Discord, where everyone can share their feedback and experiences directly.

Every package is shipped directly from Germany, ensuring fast delivery across Europe.

We dispatch packages every day from Monday to Friday (and sometimes on Saturday during high demand) between 6:00 AM and 12:00 PM CET. The remaining delivery time depends on the chosen shipping method and the carrier.

Yes, it is possible as long as the package has not yet been shipped. If only the shipping label has been created but the package has not been dispatched, you can still change the delivery address. However, this means that you will need to pay for shipping again, as a new label must be issued.

Yes, it is possible to resell our products. Just send an email to (contact@catz-tech.com) or send a DM to @catz_tech on Discord. Please note that this service is only available for bulk purchases.

As soon as a product is out of stock, new stock is already on the way, and a restock should take no longer than 1–5 days. If a restock takes longer than expected, an announcement will be made on Discord.

After your purchase, you will gain access to detailed tutorials that everyone can understand, available at least in English and German, with some even in additional languages. We also provide fast and competent support via Discord, and email support is available as well. Simply join our Discord and open a support ticket, and we will do our best to address your request as quickly as possible.
